SHIPPING & RETURNS

How long will it take to receive my order?
For orders going to The Netherlands, shipping times are as follows: 
Standard: 2 business days 
European Union: 4-7 business days 
(Former) Netherlands Antilles: 5-11 business days

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Europe and (former) Netherlands Antilles.

Do you accept international returns?
All international orders are FINAL sale and are not eligible for return.

Where's my order?
If your order seems to be taking longer than anticipated, please Contact us.

Can I track my order?
Yes, please allow 1-2 business days to process your order before receiving a tracking number. 

Can I change or cancel my order? 
Unfortunately we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order after it has been places and confirmed. You are welcome to return (if eligible) your order once received. 

PAYMENTS

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, Google pay and iDEAL.

In what currency can I pay my order?
If you are purchasing from the EU, payments will be handled in Euros. If you are outside of the EU, payments will be handled in US dollars.

Do I have to pay import duties?
For orders outside of the EU, the customer will be responsible for paying any local taxes or duties (including VAT) associated with your purchase upon receipt of your package.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
After we have received your returned products, we will process your return as soon as possible. We will inspect and process products to make sure these are in perfect condition. Once these criteria are met, your refund will be issued. It may take up to 14 days to receive your funds, depending on your bank.
